John Ihnat

John D Ihnat, 80, of Newcomb, MD, passed away Thanksgiving Day, November 28, 2024.  Born in Wilkes-Barre, PA to the late John J and Elizabeth Ihnat.  John was a graduate of Dundalk High School, class of 1962.  After graduation he studied at Towson State University and received his teachers’ degree.  After teaching for over 35 years at Centerville and Kent high schools, he retired to pursue his other passions that included commercial waterman, waterfowl hunting guide, and ski instructor.
He leaves behind brothers William and Richard Ihnat; and sister Mary Upton.
