Joseph Matthew Briscoe II was called home on Wednesday, May 10, 2023, surrounded by his mother, two of his sisters, two of his nieces, family and friends. Joseph came as a blessing to his parents, Joseph Briscoe and Rhonda Briscoe, on November 6, 1988, in Fort Riley, KS.

Joseph was raised in Baltimore, Maryland. He was educated in the Baltimore County Public School System where he received his high school diploma in 2006. His work included being a forklift operator. His last employment was a truck driver.

Joseph was a very loving son, brother, uncle, father, and friend. He was funny, outgoing, smart, caring, spiritual, and down to earth. He was very family oriented. He was big on family and friends always getting together. He loved to rap, dance, and make videos. He also enjoyed working out, eating healthy, and spending time in nature. He really loved the beach and waterfalls.

In October 2000, he moved to Walden Circle with his mother, Rhonda Briscoe, and sisters, Jaumel Barnes and Jessica Briscoe. He first became friends with Derrick Williams, who introduced him to the rest of his bonus family. That family would later be known as his Wolf Pack family. Those original family members would consist of: Derrick Williams (Shape), Jason Mackie (McMackie), Rashad Beale (Bealebanga Baezues), Antoine Wynn (Spliff T), Javon Pratt (Jizzle), Andre Parker (Dresin), Albert Herold (Weezy), Mykel Morris (Kelz), Desiree Velasquez (Desi Wolf), Devin Murdock (Murdock), Robert Byrd (Muka), Montrell Byrd (Capo Chuck), and the late Jamar Mackie (J Mack) and Joseph Briscoe (Hosak).

He was proceeded in death by his paternal grandparents, Clarence and Doris Briscoe; his maternal grandparents, Richard Barnes and Joyce; brother, Brian Alexander Berry, Jr. and uncles Samuel and Paul Briscoe.

Joseph Matthew Briscoe II leaves to cherish his most memorable memories: his son, Josiah Aiden Briscoe; his father, Joseph Matthew Briscoe; his mother, Rhonda Kay Briscoe; his sisters, Jaumel Monique Barnes, Jessica Nichole Briscoe, and Iris Austine Briscoe; his uncles, Richard Barnes, Jr., Anthony Barnes, Clarence Briscoe, Jr. (Sheila), Franklin Briscoe (Sharon), Thomas Briscoe, Sr. (Patsy), James Briscoe (Taria)and his aunts, Corey Briscoe, Grace Barnes, Rosalene Barnes Savage, Shirley Smith (Michael) and Teresa Briscoe; his nieces, Okia Idazia Barnes, Diamond Lashae Wolfe, and Alijah Ayonna Alston; his nephew, Kenard Antonio Monroe; his great niece, Amethyst Idazia Bailey; and a host of family and friends.
