Phyllis Davis

Phyllis Ann Grant Davis was born June 14, 1945, in Dillon County, South
Carolina to the late Gladys Newell and Dennis Grant.

Phyllis departed this life on Saturday, January 20, 2024 at Bayview
Medical Center.
Phyllis was reared in Baltimore, Maryland. She was educated in the public
schools of Baltimore Maryland.

She was a member of New David Baptist church of Christ, where Reverend
Earl Woodard serves as Pastor. She enjoyed learning more about Jesus.
She was married to the late James Lee Arnold Davis for sixty-one years.
Phyllis was a retired Postal Worker.

She leaves to cherish previous memories: three sons: Kevin C. Davis of the
home, Darryl Davis (Sherry) of Philadelphia, PA, and Reggie Brown of
Baltimore, MD; two sisters: Victoria (Alexander) Horton of Florence, SC and
Denise Grant Mobley of Belleville, NJ; two sisters-in-law: Ethel Mae (Willie)
Parker of Johnsonville, SC and Julia McNeil Davis of Florence, SC; 15
grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, other
relatives and friends.
